The MGI Fluorometer 1 is a compact, single-channel fluorescence-based quantification system for accurate measurement of DNA, RNA and protein concentrations. Requiring just 1–20 μL of sample, it delivers rapid results in as little as 3–5 seconds using a high-sensitivity SiPMT detector. With support for a broad range of fluorescent assays and no proprietary kit restrictions, the Fluorometer 1 is well suited to NGS library preparation, nucleic acid amplification, genetic engineering and protein analysis workflows.
