The MGI Fluorometer 8 (DNA & RNA) is an 8-channel fluorescence-based quantification system designed for accurate measurement of DNA, RNA and proteins with minimal sample consumption. Requiring just 1–20 μL of sample per channel, it delivers rapid results in as little as 3–5 seconds using a high-sensitivity SiPMT detector. With dual excitation wavelengths, a 5-order-of-magnitude linear range and support for a broad range of fluorescent assays, the Fluorometer 8 provides flexible, high-throughput quantification for NGS library preparation, nucleic acid amplification, cell and genetic engineering, and protein analysis.
