The MGI Fluorometer 8 (DNA) is an 8-channel fluorescence-based quantification system designed for accurate measurement of DNA, microRNA and selected proteins with minimal sample consumption. Requiring just 1–20 μL of sample per channel, it delivers rapid results in as little as 3–5 seconds using a high-sensitivity SiPMT detector. With blue-light excitation, a 5-order-of-magnitude linear range and flexible assay compatibility without proprietary kit restrictions, the Fluorometer 8 (DNA) is well suited to NGS library preparation, nucleic acid amplification and genetic engineering workflows.
